7/8" Seat Rail Clamp for  Vintage Schwinn Bike Seats & Saddles. like Mesinger / Troxel / Persons etc... This is a  New Quality Import Replacement  Flat Rail Seat Pan Clamp that Attaches to 7/8" top seatposts ( your choice of color from the Pull down Menu). The Flat Rail type is common to a Cruiser / Comfort / up right seats & saddles.  The Clamp is a replacements for Vintage Schwinn Seats and Saddles Like: Mesinger, Troxel, Person etc, they also can be used on some newer Cruiser Bike Seats. The Clamp attaches to Flat Seat Rails that are around 7/8" wide and about 1/8" thick. The Clamp attaches to a 7/8" top seatpost. The Flat Rails will have a hole for the bolt to go through. Note: There is some high end Persons saddles that have 1' rails and this clamp will not work without modification. Plus late model Vintage Saddles used small bolts that may not have a hole big enough for the replacement bolt included with the clamp. This Clamp helps you blend Vintage and New parts together  and  help you  fix seats that don't stay put and have worn out serrations. We also have a 5/16" Replacemet Bolt avalible. The Clamp comes in your choice or Silver or Black from the pull down menu. ( Note: Allot of Vintage Schwinn Seat posts have a 5/8" top, that is no longer supported nor do they make clamps for them, we strongly suggest moving to a Vintage Schwinn Size Seat post with a 7/8" top).
